My husband’s ex-girlfriend tormenting me

Ugh, exes are so dramatic. We deal with this kind of stuff in middle school all the time with people texting behind each other’s backs, but adults should honestly know better. It’s super annoying that she has nothing better to do than try to ruin your life. She’s probably just jealous that you won and she’s stuck being bitter and alone.

The real problem here isn’t her, though, it’s your husband. He needs to step up and tell her to leave you both alone. If he’s not shutting her down, then he’s kind of being a coward, and you need to call him out on it. He created this mess by dating her in the first place, so it’s his job to clean it up and protect you from her crazy.

Stop replying to anything she sends you. The more you react, the more she feeds off it like a troll on the internet. Keep screenshots of everything in case you need to get a restraining order, but honestly, just grey-rocking her (which means being super boring and ignoring her) is probably the best way to make her get bored and go away.
