I’ve found love in church

Aww, that’s actually really sweet. Usually church is super boring and I just draw on the bulletins, but I guess good things can happen there. It’s nice to hear a story that isn’t totally toxic and dramatic for once. Finding someone who shares your beliefs and values is probably a really solid foundation for a relationship.

Just make sure you’re liking him for him, and not just because it feels safe or like the “right” thing to do. Sometimes people get caught up in the idea of a perfect church romance and forget to check if the person is actually fun and nice. Go on normal dates, laugh together, and make sure you actually have stuff in common besides the church stuff.

If he treats you well and makes you happy, then go for it! Don’t overthink it and ruin a good thing. It’s cool that you found a positive place to meet someone, and you should just enjoy the butterflies. Just keep your eyes open and make sure he’s as good as he seems on Sunday.
